Case study · Marketing agency
From Notion to Zoho, built for retainer clients
Email marketing agency.
The challenge
The agency ran its work in Notion and wanted Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects instead, set up for clients who stay for years rather than one-off projects.
What we built
- A permanent project for each client, created from a master template
- A new-client form that collects details and files and triggers the client's project
- Uploads attached to the project automatically
- Time tracking, and projects in the Zoho Billing client portal
- Guidance on pulling Klaviyo metrics in with Zoho Analytics or Flow
The result
New clients are onboarded and their project set up without manual copying.
