Privacy notice
Short and plain: what we collect, why, where it goes and how to have it removed. Last updated October 2026.
1. Who we are
Vicrence is the trading name of Samuel Oyelayo, who is the data controller for information you send us. Contact: oyelayosamuel32@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- The details you enter in the contact form: name, email, company, team size, location, what you need and your message, plus the page you sent it from.
- Your name and work email, if you ask us to email you a Zoho health-check report, together with your answers and score.
- Booking details when you book a call: your name, email and chosen time.
- Anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
3. Why we use it, and the lawful basis
- Replying to your enquiry and arranging a call: our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us.
- Delivering a project: the contract between us.
- Emailing your health-check report: your consent, given when you ask for it.
- We never add you to a mailing list without your consent, and we never sell your data.
4. Where it is stored
- Netlify, our website host, which also stores form submissions.
- Zoho CRM: enquiries and health-check requests are passed to our own Zoho account.
- Google Calendar, for calls you book.
- Our email provider.
- WhatsApp, if you message us there, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Project data stays in your own Zoho account.
5. International processing
We work remotely from outside the UK and EEA. When we access your enquiry or your Zoho account, your data is processed there. We limit access to what the work needs and rely on the safeguards in your signed scope.
6. Cookies and storage
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme choice. Fonts are hosted on this site, so no font requests go to third parties.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email oyelayosamuel32@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK, or to your data-protection authority in the EU.
