Case study · United Kingdom
A full operating system for an art investment gallery
Art investment gallery, London.
The challenge
A growing portfolio of artworks and investors was managed across Google Sheets and inboxes, with no single view of clients, reservations or paperwork.
What we built
- 8 to 12 users with roles for advisors, accounts and management
- Art-specific records: preferences, purchase history, royalties and print sales
- A sales blueprint with reservation timers and director approvals
- A client portal for provenance, invoices and agreements
- Integrations with DocuSign, Stripe and Square, Google Drive, Outlook and Artlogic
- Data migrated from Google Sheets, plus dashboards and two training sessions
The result
One system for inventory, investor relationships and paperwork, with clearer visibility and less manual coordination.
