The challenge
The team was trialling Zoho Projects with layouts and task lists that did not fit, kept files in OneDrive, and later had departmental dashboards that would not filter or default correctly.
What we built
- Incorrect layouts and task lists cleared out
- Project layouts, milestones, task lists and a master project template
- WorkDrive and OneDrive kept in sync
- The main company dashboard fixed in Zoho Analytics
- Finance, Sales, Services, HR and supply-chain dashboards standardised
- Service MIS report filters fixed
