The challenge
Compliance records for about 250 vendors, each with around 90 fields such as audit grades and validity dates, lived in both Zoho CRM and Monday.com and kept drifting apart.
What we built
- The Zoho CRM Vendors module synced with a Monday.com board
- Around 90 fields per vendor mapped, including dates, pick lists and file uploads
- New and updated records flowing both ways, with one-way fields where required

One consistent set of vendor records across both tools.
