Case study · Netherlands, Belgium, Germany
Fast quotes for configurable products, in two languages
Patio-roof e-commerce shop, Netherlands.
The challenge
A WooCommerce shop selling DIY patio-roof kits and installation built every quote by hand, while leads arrived from TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google, email and chat with no automation, across three countries' VAT.
What we built
- Deals and Quotes optimised, with unnecessary fields removed
- Configuration fields: size, colour, roof type, accessories, installation and postcode
- Products and pricing with the right VAT for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
- PDF quote templates and email texts in Dutch and German
- Leads from social, search, email and chat created automatically in the CRM
- Follow-up automation and WooCommerce sync
The result
Quotes are built and sent from the deal in the customer's own language, and follow-ups no longer depend on memory.
